Would you book mark this?

HI friends,

I've been working on my site for about two years, content, design...etc and add a daily content.
Now I want a really honest answer: If you somehow found this site http://www.tutorialsroom.com (through Google search, a friend told you about it, a link....etc) Would you bookmark it?, and why?

The honest answer would really help me, thank you....

 

The site appears to be a great resource, I read through a couple articles quickly and they seemed to be very helpful. This would be the main reason I would bookmark you. You have created many articles with long tail keyword titles which focus on that particular problem. I would think your bookmark rate is pretty good. Also I noticed that you added the social bookmarks, but I would add an add to favorites link in yor top nav bar as well. Hope this helps

Great site but I would consider making the banner graphic better and getting a really nice logo - something that sticks in your head.. the header to me lets the overall look down.. otherwise great site and good resource for sure. Good luck with it mate

 

I wouldn't bookmark it imo, the site seem dull to me. I would highly recommend working on the design. btw the favicon is ugly

I would bookmark it if it had articles that were of particular interest to me... but that varies from person to person.

 

I've worked on the design and changed the logo, how do you like it now?

 

Again.... i agree with the others here.. spend some money on a logo or branding... especially for a photoshop tutorial site... some mirrored text doesn't make me go "these people know design"

 

After reviewing many of the major sites -like google, yahoo, msn,cnn...etc- I've found out one thing common among them all: Design Simplicity! More complicated designs is what most amateurs do and that what I took into account while making my new design.

 

I would work on the logo, especially since this is a graphic design site. And please, don't make it the typical logo with a reflection and a bit of gloss, as those are no longer memorable.

As for content it is good, but I don't think I would bookmark the site as I didn't find anything particularly interesting there. Nonetheless, a very good site for those just starting out in photoshop and trying to learn some tips and tricks ragarding graphic design.
