Post in the reviews section, work on your design. If I had a 'problem' to share, I wouldn't feel very confident in sharing it on your site - it doesn't look very friendly or homely. All I'm seeing is ads.

Im not trying to promote the site as such Im trying to inform people that 1 post could make a difference to others. 44 members in 15 days with 200 posts, with advertising once really shows that people do have problems that need sorting.

If money is not the purpose of the website then why do you ask members to click on the ads for you? Not trying to start an argument but asking this from members is so risky to do.
Just leave the ads on but don't ask people to click them, if you get a good amount of visitors you should get enough to pay for hosting over time
