this was roughly the wage i was getting from a business i ran last year, was very nice but in the end i got ill, the industry came to an end basically.

120k a year is enough to live comfortablly.

I'm pretty sure that in most circumstances, 10k a month would be more than enough for a person to live comfortably.

Sounds like enough gas money for a small fishing boat anyway.

120 grand per year is not to shabby. In 25 years it may not be enough to live on, but now it's a good amount.

    Once you get 10K, you'll need 20K, that's human.
    That will continue till death.

But you must not run behind that, because..

Don't run behind success, run behind excellence, so success will follow you ;)

Funny thing along the way happens when you learn how to produce 10K monthly.
Your goals and expectations continue to grow along with it.

Think it has more to do with fulfillment of your desires and ambitions which is a natural
human tendency to want to expand, do more, and be more.

Money isn't everything, what you want your life to be is everything, because you only get one!
I am from the UK and happen to know a family who get 39,600.00 GBP = 61,655.34 USD per year. That is £3300 per month, they are heavily in debt, writing letters and fending off bailiffs. They have 5 children and get £1100 in child tax credits just for that. Looking at their outgoings, cable, homephone and 2 mobile contract phones...
5 or 6 listings for their loans.. credit cards etc...
Do you honestly think that they would be in a better position if their income was increased??

120k a year is a fine for me. As long as people don't go on a buying spree, this should be fine for anyone. Of course people always want to live the luxurious life. I don't need that 100k car.:p
