    Hi guys!

    I'm creating a membership site! Every month my designer will create 10 unique high quality templates! There will be only 10 memberships available and the monthly fee would be $99! Every template will have 5+ pages and will come with PSD files!

    So you're paying $9.9 for a template (remember it's unique and has a high quality) and only 10 other people have the same design!

    I personally would not be interested. If I'm paying $100 a month I'd want unique templates.

    Also, how am I going to trust that I'll like all your templates?

    Usually templates are purchased by beginners. Advanced users make their own so that it fits all their requirements.
