Would you backlink from DoFollow DZone or a NoFollow Digg

    The title says it all.

    If you had only one choice - would you backlink from a popular SBM site (Digg or SU) that is NoFollow - or would you backlink from a decent SBM site (like BackFlip) that is DoFollow?

    Also give the reason why you would choose one over the other.
