Well I have a huge Dilemma.
now for some time already I really want to buy one car.. Well it's pretty expensive as well.
And once more the hugest problem is funds...
Now last week Friend of mine offered me a really good offer what I don't want let away.
To get the rest in hands would take me another 2-3months, but There Is a chance to get it all now and get this car- by selling one of my web what is making ~$100daily that would get for me the rest $6k what I need! But ( I don't know actually if it's problem) there is one thing , if you are selling a website than it must be established already for some time and needs earning/traffic proof for at least 3-4months to sell it for some good amount but This web is only ~1month old, what's positive is that It doesn't need any work on it anymore and runs on 100% autopilot and would earn that ~$100/day at least for some years without touch!- It's a real gem I would say :) At the moment well I could get in best way that $6k for it-because age of it I think. But in ~4months I could sell this same web for at least 5 times huger amount I think!

So the question is- To sell this gem and get quick cash and get that car now or just wait another ~2-3months to collect that amount from that web income and another places and than buy it and I still have this web? :D

And another question- How much I could ask for such a web in ~3-4months when it have proved that it can earn that much without touch for long time, and with such a point that only expenses is to pay hosting and it runs on 100% autopilot and will earn the same amount for at least next 2-3years?

    Thx ;)

If your certain that it can earn you $100 then wait for 2 mos and you will still have a car and your $100 a day site

Really, I would live off of it. 100 a day is 700 a week, if you really want it, ask about doing like 400 a month or something.

You should be crazy to sell a 3k/m website for 6k. No wait, crazy does not seem hard enough.

I would keep the site, in the long run it'd be much better for you. The car will depreciate, your site will (usually) appriciate in value.

I'd probably take a loan out, you have the money coming in to pay it off, the loan will pay for the car easily.

Well put it this way, in two months that website will have made enough for the new car. If you sell it in say 5-6 months you can get around $25k- $30k for the website considering it keeps that $100/daily. If you do in fact keep it, you will have the $6k to buy the car in 2 months and in 5 months another $30k for whatever you want :). Your decision though ;)
