    Would WordPress work well to give me the basic functionality of the site www.pizdaus.com ?

    I'm looking to build a straightforward photo sharing site, where users can easily upload images without creating an account, that displays the most recent (or highest rated) 10 on a page, keeping the last hundred or so created pages.

    Advice?

    As I understand it, to post on Wordpress requires an account. It may be created on the fly but, must exist.

    I'm not sure if it's possible, but you may be able to find some script. There are some YouTube Clone scripts available and I remember I've seen some that doesn't require uploader to create an account. So I guess it should exist for pics too.
