would this work?

    hey basically i need a way of having a dynamic page in the sense that it will be updated daily, a list of links to other sites, and the older links should move down the page and eventually off into archives.

    would using a blogging software work in the sense that each new post is the new entry? how could i integrate this into my current website design?

    You can make daily posts containing lists of links, the older posts move down and you can choose to display, say, 5 latest posts on the home page and archive the rest.
    I don't really understand your question though :)

    basically, how could i easily integrate this onto a page on my website? is their a way without having to design a new wordpress theme?

    The only way you may get that to work is by creating a blog and then use frames to place it on another page, I am not sure of any other way to do it.

    is their no blog software which u cn insert some code into a part of a page for example?
