Offer something for free on your website, but the user must complete a survey in order to get it. And when the user completes the survey, you earn money. Is that a good working method? This is known as CPALead, right?
You said it yourself above. People love to fill out surveys, just as long as they aren't 50 questions long.
It can work it really depends how could the freebie you are offering and how many questions your surveys has or offers they need to complete before they get the freebie. If the survey is short and not to personal it should work but if really long and lots of questions people will quit as the freebie will not be worth the hassle in their eyes.
Just make sure you have an opt-out link and that your site doesn't look "Spammy". The more legit you go the more you will make in the long run. Hopefully you have CPALead that is limited and not like those ones you see everywhere.
Actually this can work on a alot of different websites. A friend of mine uses CPAlead on a website thats is all automated he gets decent hits from it, if you worked at it enough it can be very profitable.
it's a good strategy but you make sure that your surveys are not too long or else the visitor will not pay attention on it. You have to make it easy, simple, and direct.
What I mean is that practically all people do not like doing surveys, whether it is online or off. And it does not matter if the surveys are short. They do not want to be bothered with it. That's the botom line, right there. You can give them something free for it, but let's get real here, it ain't worth much. Try it, to see for yourself. It's the only way to know for sure.
would that work? are you kidding? the whole facebook gaming is based on your method you just described... yes it is called CPA .. A as Action... but i am not sure about the survey lead... you may get some other application for them to fill out, like credit card offer.. which will net you more... btw, on facebook.. the free game sells ringtone and other stuff..
yea please make sure the surveys are not long. In my experience I dreaded doing long surveys for something free. In my experience, I know my friends would never do the surveys. They would always tell me why do I even bother clicking those banners. Hey maybe I am just one out of every hundred.
This can work.. It will work well when people are desperate to see something.. TV shows, movie clips, etc. would be good examples.. Just bring people on your site and before showing them the show, ask them to fill the survey...
I would say that you have a good idea here. I can attest that alot of people out thier will do online surveys as long as there is something in it for them. Give it a try and keep us posted with the results you get.
