would this kind of ads placement break google policy

i changed my ads placements
try to make some seo

but i am not expert at adsense yet so i wanna take your valuable opinions

i was gonna put ads location pictures but dont allow me

i was getting more than 50k page impressions a day but my daily income is approximately 2$
so it was too low and i changed locations

It's a good ads placement and it does not violate google adsense TOS. Take a look at this site.

 

it looks ok as long as you don't click yourself the ads and the site looks nice.
