Alright, I know the TOS says no competing ad services, it sounds like they are meaning just contextual ad programs like clicksor and such.

Do you think they would have problem with Bidclix ads? (non-content targeted, banners)

I.e the ads on the footer of http://www.thevirtualbrowser.com/index.php?url=uggc/jjj.tbbtyr.pbz&flags=101101

I probably should just send them an email..

    Thanks,
    Josh

banners are fine, google means 'nothing like their own ads'...
    (ie:yahoo equivalent)...everything else is fine

but if in doubt...follow your train of thought

    Yup, I was right :D

    Hello Josh,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

Google AdSense program policies do not permit Google ads to be published
on web pages that also contain what could be considered competing ads. We
do allow affiliate or limited-text links. However, we do not allow
text-based ads that directly mimic, could be confused with, or attempt to
be associated with Google ads. Please note that the BidClix ads in
question do not violate our policy.
