would this be link spamming?

if I had a site, lets call it site A with 100 pages and each page links to 2 other sites , say site B and site C

because those there are 100 x same link to site A and site B would google consider this link spamming and downgrade the rating of site B and C

 

I wouldn't have thought so, no. My sites do that and two of which rank within the top 5 for their main keywords.

 

so you have all your web sites linking to each other like this? (ie every page on every site has a link to every other site)

thats what I want to do.

come to think of it if google considerd this link spamming then phpbb and wordpress would be banned.

Incoming links don't damage the rankings of the target site. To do so would make any site vulnerable to a malicious competitor, so the search engines don't work that way. At worst, as things stand today, the value of having multiple links coming from the same source domain might be reduced.

 

i dont that it will be a spam and so many site owner is doing that

 

You should make sure that they are related pages, then you are ok and should do this.
