Hello I am creating a gaming website and have a few questions.

Reviews: would it be ok for me to post reviews and posting images about games for example.
    Posting this image: [IMG]
Then writing a review about the game details, pro's, cons etc?

    2. Would it also be ok for me to make post news about upcoming and new releases using images of the game and writing about it?

Thanks lot for reading and your help

Posting images like you describe would be considered "fair use" and legal.

That would be perfectly legal and acceptable. As long as you are not claiming that the content like graphics is designed by you. Just make sure credit is given to the authors and you should be good.

    Hi,

Yes, that will be perfectly legal.

However, there are few points that you must know before go ahead with the same.
    1. Make sure you do not copy paste contents directly line by line else you will be reported against DMCA violations and that is gross

    2. If you use SEO tools make sure you have enough keywords.

    3. Keep in mind to knowledge the owners of the Game/Developer etc whatever may the case be

If the above are met you will be good to roll.
