Would this be duplicate threads?

Would this be duplicate threads if I posted my website design service (limited to ___ for this week) and take orders for this week (up to the limit).

But then if I have room in my schedule for more people, I can post another offers (limited to ___ for this time).

Would this be ok? I just want to clarify.. I'll also be shifting/changing the prices around, amount of work I'll accept, new discounts, etc (the offers/content would not be duplicated)

    Thanks;)

Just extend the offer in original thread with a post such as

I currently have time available to handle (put number here) more sites.

Ok. So I can start a thread "____ design services" and when I can handle more work I can post "I have room for ___ people" This wouldn't be considered as bumping? (because the thread can get old lol)

    Thanks:)

Use common sense. If you extend the offer ever every few hours or days, it would be bumping. Just as reposting the same offer over and over constantly would result in duplicate threads. You will see successful sales threads extending over long periods of time.
