Would this be considered enough to trigger the OOP filter?

Of course the main key-phrase for this page is "soy protein isolate".

    I have the key-phrase in:

    1) URL
    2) <title>
    3) <h1>
    4) <h2>
    5) In the body text.

You can view the URL here:

    www*myprotein.co.uk/bulk-powders/protein-powders/soy-protein-isolate/

    Thanks :)

    IDTS

    (I don't think so)

Pretend seo doesn't exist for a moment. Using keywords in the following places:

    1) URL
    2) <title>
    3) <h1>
    4) <h2>
    5) In the body text.

...is something that I would do anyway, to present information in a useful way to visitors. I can't see this being penalised if you don't stuff your keywords in these places.
