Would this be considered a good affiiate site?

    I see sites that look identical to this all over on different things. Is this a good format? I asume the owner would get $$ if people click those links and sign up to the offers correct?

    Also is there a specific program ect that makes those sites? They look cookie cutter.

    Are these sites bad for SEO and google?
