According to TOS no. But if you put a line between an image and ad it would be ok.

nope. afaik, there must be visible border between ad and the image. little 1px shadowy borders around image doesn't do much

answer is a border or a line between the ads and the image

 

But i show them same thing and they said "Fell free to use it"
So not sure which way to go

Anyway its upto you now, but i will put it as its in my games site (sig) and they said its ok.

 

Hmmm maybe depends on different interpretation of TOS by different members of GADS team. Dunno.
