Would this be against Google's TOS ?

I was wondering if this would be against Google's TOS:

    http://pimpthisspace.net

I have a splash screen when a user first visits the website.

Would it be against their T.O.S. ?

I've used it on other sites and have had any problems, but now some idiot e-mailed me saying he's reporting me to Google.

I had my pop up blocker on. Are there ads in the pop up? If there are ads in the pop up you can get busted.

I recommend to start with reading the TOS.

That seem like a very gray area there. You might want to email Google and ask them directly about this particular use of referral buttons.

I would do that as well. I think you need clarification from Google.

That is against TOS for sure... You are encoruging people to click on ads... Click on the ad on right to download firefox!!! That is clear violation and it will not be very long when you will get busted so be really careful
