Would this affiliate link hidden method hurt my site ranking?

    I'm doing link cloaking and I create html page like this

    http://www.domain.com/productname.html

    and in that html page I do redirect by use meta refresh to drive visitor to merchant page with my affiliate link embeded. I have linked from homepage to that html page. Is this would hurt my site ranking? If it hurt, is there others good method to hide my affiliate link? :D

    I might use a no follow url for those pages. They have no content and your linking to them so it could lower Pr from main page.
