Would they approve this?

    I want to make a site with programming tutorials, if I make about 20-40 tutorials what are the chances of getting accepted? Also, why are people saying that it is important to have traffic to be accepted, if you dont have a counter then google cant exactly tell how much traffic you have can they now.

    I don't see why not, if you've written them yourself. If you're in the US/UK/Canada/etc there isn't a 6 month age of site limit either. You don't need traffic to get adsense approval but you certainly need it to earn money.

    Just do it and see what happens :)

    as long as your site is not under construction, or incomplete, and has VALID CONTENT, they don't deny. If you have to ask though, i myself just wonder. Just get real content and you have no problems
