Would such product be approved by clickbank?

I saw alot of clickbank download sites offering copyrighted materials in their download list. Also most of these sites are redirecting you to a torrent download from a free torrent download site when you click one of their download links.

Do you think a download site with links to torrent of copyrighted media (such as as Stargate seasons) would be approved? i dont feel like building a site for it to be rejected.

You should be alright, because all music, game download websites, they are saying to get everything from torrents.

I think you will be ok with Clickbank, but not with Adwords.

Adwords will not let you advertise such sites.
CB doesn't seem to have a problem with them
Overall these products seem to be doing well

Are YOU OK, from a moral perspective, with making copyrighted media available for download on your site? Or is the prospect of your site getting rejected by Clickbank the main concern you have with it?

I have no personal objections to your idea for a product, but I was just curious based on the morally grounded objections you claim against certain other products in the marketplace.

CB will not accept anymore "TV to PC" sites and if they're cracking down on those, the download sites will be next. Why promote a product that is misleading and obviously illegal that will cause high refunds?

Yes i am ok with it, Considering that material can be found for free on the internet anyway, Im making my customers pay for me to take the time to gather them all into one single place. I am not completly ripping apart a product someone else has done like SOME people are doing. ill be taking many hours of my precious time for doing it, and i won't be making fortune in 10 min from stealing someone else product A-Z. Now please get off my thread.

wow - you're so incredibly polite! :). BTW, isn't this an open DigitalPoint's thread, and not "yours".

Either way, I wish you the best of luck if you pursue this project.

I hate the hypocritical Clickbank with a vengeance.

Although they allow these P2P and torrent sites and a crappy so called satellite tv product. They refused my own awesome Gogglebox TV product when i submitted it about a year ago because they are 'no longer accepting these kind of products' . Even though they happily keep the ones already on their network.

    Explain that one.

shafty - that's gotta be frustrating. It's sort of like getting pulled over by a cop for speeding when everyone around you is driving faster.

It will just be a matter of time when CB won't accept anymore "torrent" downloading sites as there will be legal issues with these that companies could go after CB for.

My suggestion, either don't set one up, or use a different affiliate system.
