Would Spam / Duplicacy & Google crawler read?

Hello Friends,

Hope you are doing well...

I have a little question about spaming, duplicacy & google crawler....!!

I'm webmaster of the website and doing search Engine optimization for this bullionstore.co.uk, but our client create a copy of same website on sub domain at here.. bullionstore.rtrk.co.uk

Can anyone tell me Will it spam / duplicacy? Google crawler would read it or not... Copied website will effect our SEO work or not? Please let me know in Explain...!

Ofcourse it will duplicacy comes under spamming as per google algo you could get it checked through copyscape

 

it shall be a problem for the original site, it wouldnt actually affect your SEO work since the content was crawl earlier. The only effect is the duplicate site which will not able to rank good in SERP. If not, competitor can simply copy your site and put at the new domain to beat you down

This will effect to your websites. It is my personal opinion that Google may consider it your sub.domain of your main websites. The Google crawler will index this website and find spam or duplicate content. Then Google may penalize your website on PR as well as SERP sections. May be Google will push your websites downward pages.
