Very specific niche but hey, if you SEO optimize the site then anyone on the planet who searches for "fluffy bunny slippers" to buy will see your site first. As for an estimate.. This is a tough one. To a business who sells fluffy bunny slippers it would be worth over $1000 or more possibly, but to your average domainer it's probably low $xxx at best
