Buying Would Love to Rank 1st Page SERP for "Penny Stocks" - Can you do it?

    I have some good competition in the area. I need some assitance to help build links and perform other SEO tactics. I DO KNOW SEO basics, i just do not have the time to apply them nor keep up with the changing ways of Google as good as someone who's main job is SEO.

    The KW i am trying to land 1st Page SERP is "Penny Stocks" (http://www.nichewatch.com/)

    I think my major Issue is authentic link backs, as the website itself is preety decent for SEO and does get decent traffic daily.

    How old is your site ?

    I can do it for 1500$ In 3/4 months (depends a lot on site age)
