Hello everyone, well I was just thinking to myself of how I wanted to create a few forums with some pretty good domains I have, but the thing is is that I don't really know a lot about some of the forum topics I would like to create as well I don't really have the time to be posting on it and trying to get members... so this is where I was wondering, where do you find people that would be "Side Admins" who just post on the site, they are the admin, but you cover all the hosting fees, domain fees, etc... ALL fees, and they get like 90% of the ad revenue off the site. If you are serious, you need to check out the persona and their experience before just letting them run a forum. I tried to help out with a webmaster forum from here as a mod but the guy just let some scammer take over as admin and the new admin immediately turned it into a place to do all the trades that DP just banned. The forum is now a scammer haven. You want to make sure, if you are looking for a quality forum, that you find people who are interested in the topic and not just looking for a place to spam and scam. They need to have a drive to make the forum successful. Ask questions prior to accepting just anyone. Look for people who have been around a while. Good luck and I hope it works out for you.
