Would like to make my Niche Website biz more efficient

    Hi everyone,
A large chunk of my business is based on creating niche sites for customers. I typically use the Canvas theme from WooThemes and have to make a bunch of layout changes and page additions (dmca, privacy policy, TOS, etc.) that are standard on all sites I create. I add the same plugins to each site as well, but it's easy to upload a zip file of them all with cpanel or ftp access.

Is there a way that I can standardize this so I don't have to make the same changes every time? What if I created a template site and then import the same database for all the sites I create?

Any help on this issue is appreciated.

    Take care,

    Kevin

if they are hosted on same server then you can do this via multisite install. or create a wordpress network

I'm not very familiar with a multisite install. Could you elaborate on this?

    Thanks,

hmmm, after looking at the explanation I don't think this would be an option for me. The sites are not all the same, they only start with the same template and certain pages, then we customize it from there. I was just looking for a solution that would automatically add the pages I need and layout changes without having to do it each time.

    Thanks anyway.

in that case you need a customized php script to do that.
