    Are you talking to yourself?

OP is not asking you about "listing", he wants to buy his way in
Do you have 'how' advice for him?

First, you should be sure that the codes of your submiteed website are all right, and have not any dead link int the website. If you are all could sure, I believe the website will be indexed.

There are several instances of COMPLETED transactions with POSITIVE feedback for ODP listing on 3rd party sites such as ScriptLance.com....so it certainly does seem like it's possible to buy a listing at DMOZ. However, a couple of things...

    1) It seems that some editors love nothing more then to figure out who is selling & buying on such sites and entrapment to get your site banned is likely FULLY possible. Try such a method at your OWN risk!

    2) MOST of the threads I've seen like this really seem like it's some punk trying to get some other punks site perm-a-banned from the ODP so this all should likely be ignored.

No its not :( It's merely rumours repeated over and over again, generally by disgruntled webmasters that are not included and an ex-editor or two.

Wow! I have never heard that rumor, thought it might help explain why some sites make it and others are never admitted.

:( It couldnt be just the sheer amount of time it takes to include sites, or the fact many are unlistable because they dont meet the guidelines........

It explains nothing, as did your post, which does nothing but perpetuate the rumours.
