would like my blog to be organised

    i would like my wordpress blog to be organised by the following.

    1. Create a new index with some links that i will give.
    2. re-organise the blog to function correctly.
    3. would like index page to appear when someone visits site.
    4. would like stats counter placed.
    5. group videos to be brought under a separate category
    6. group articles to be brought under a separate category
    7. would like a discussion forum as part of the page.
    8. build a proper site map.
    9. place in optin and feedback form
    10. place TOS, privacy statement, and copy right at the bottom etc.,
    11. place a suitable theme for the site.


    correct whatever else is necessary and make it fully functional

    though i am managing the basics and installed the necessary plug-ins, i do not have the expertise to organise well.
