I am creating a website because I lost 40 pounds in 7 weeks. I am going to have people pay for access to a workout video and food regimen. Would love any sugeestions you may have. Thank you and hope you have a great day! :)

You could try this gentleman's site. According to some reviews, he is very good at developing a membership site, or subscription site.

When you make your website, if you use YOUR progress, tell your readers about that progress as if it's somebody else.

Seriously. If you use yourself as an example, you lose credibility.

You could offer to provide a guest blog posting to websites that relate to weight-loss.

You could try running a competition (contest) - these are often a good way of attracting people to your site. Maybe you could give away a subscription as a prize and ask the winner to blog about what they achieve as a result?
