I am not sure if I would be correct in saying this, but the adsense at the top really does look like the main menu for your website which Google may not take too kindly to. Other than that it looks quite good and everythings in the right place. If I were you I would put some line height (maybe 20px) on your text tho

my image ad banner at the bottom of my static page is not related to the data on my website why is that? i have crawlers on the website and all that put shouldn't the add show relevant information about my site? let me know if you know what i am doing wrong please dave
