would it take too long to make a flash games site without a script?

    ive been trying to get someone to install av arcade for me,and have had offers but no one has actually done it.

    i have 3700 games so thats no problem.I have no clue on installing the script myself,is there any free software that makes it easy for you to build an arcade/flash games site?
