    Hi, guys...
I created my blog 4 mounths ago. Now I have about 5000 unique visitors a mounth. So my revenue is between $1000 and $1500...The dilemma is that on the same time I work in a little company being a manager. My official salary is $400. I feel a potential concearning my blog but my current job prevents me from promoting my blog. Yesterday I decided to quit my job. But strange thing! I spent a lot of money and time to have this very job. I mean manager...What can you advise me? Should I give up with my job and work with my blog? You know I'm afraid of possible changes in my life...
    Thanx a lot for help!:)

Well, sounds like your blog is going quite well. Keep up the good work there!

If you think you can sustain income on your blog then I wouldn't worry about quitting assuming thats what you really want to do. You now have management experience and business administration experience through your blog, you could easily find another job. Or at least in my area you could.

Use wisdom as you set goals for your life. Don't let chance govern your steps, but use foresignt and have a sence of balance. Why is it people pay hundreds of dollars to attend business seminars when they could read a fifteen-dollar book to glean similar informations? Perhaps we know at the deepest levels of ourselves what was required for the person to get to the top. Hard decisions had to be made. Sacrifices of time and energy were required. Many worthwhile pursuits had to be abandoned in order to excel in the particular area. When you succeed in what is considered to be most worthwhile, people will notice and the safisfaction you feel will be excellent!

If your blog can support you, and you can expand your business, (don't rely on only one income stream), then I say go for it, liberate yourself from your day job.

I agree, go for the blog! Obviously you have something good going there and if you had more time, think of what you could do!

I'd say stick with both. At least until you know for certain that the blog can be sustainable. Aren't you receiving other benefits via your day job?

First off, let me say congradulations to your success, i hope to hit that goal one day (preferably soon, but im only 21, plenty of time to perfect this online thing)

whatever you do keep a few things in mind:
    1. dont rely on your blog for the rest of your life, branch out into other fields (online) to make more money, and to have a steady flow of income in case your blog one day dies for whatever reason.
    2. dont get lazy, your your own boss now compeltely, but remember, no work, no money.

sounds like youve accomplished what everyone in the online field wants to do

You make much more from your blog, so definitely quit your job and focus on the blog fulltime! If it is making that money now, imagine what it will make when you manage it fulltime! :)

I think 4 months is too early to tell.
Everything can happen in this online world...
Better you find multiple income streams first, and then fire your boss :D

I'd say too early to quit your day job - although your results are impressive. How did you build the traffic?
