Would it be ok to do this with my reliability claim?

I run a web based eBay auction sniping service and I've recently updated my website so it publicly displays the bidding reliability to 0.01% accuracy based on the past 30 days.

Would it be ok to make it so that it compares the reliability percentage of the last 7 days and of the last 30 days and show whichever is the highest? I would of course explain this on the page that explains how the percentage is calculated, I could also show both the 7 day and 30 day reliability numbers on this page.

In rare cases events can happen that result in a series of failed bids, with the current 30 day only stat people see the lower percentage for a full 30 days, the new system would "sweep them under the rug" in 7 days, but is it misleading if I explain it clearly?

On the other hand the reason I didn't want to show 7 day reliability is that it's very often at 100.00%, which can almost seem less credible than say 99.96%.

    Thanks
