    would it be okay?

    I guess you can put ads in these pages.
    look at pingoat.com they are pretty old and they have ads on zero-content site. I can give u some more such sites if u wish. I don't think mailing google team would help though.:rolleyes:
    And one last thing, if u are going to put ads in pages without content (as ur first link) then most of the time u r going to get PSA only.
