    Would it be illegal to use like utubevids.com

    I was wondering if it would be a problem.

    because its different spelling???

    I see there are no sites using youtubevids.com
    but I see allot of utube type stuff??

    Should be no problem because utube is not a trademark word. There is tons of people that using utube in front of their domain name and I believe you also can do that.

    utube would not be a violation in my opinion.

    If the LOGO you are using was very similar, then youtube might get distressed.
