Don't use same keyword for your blog. Use any other niche keywords.

Of course you can. There is NO reason not to and Google will not see it as spam UNLESS, you have crap on the blog.

Always try to make an unique keyword because it can lessen your competitor. First you check that anyone never use your keyword then you can use it.

Yes, you can use your target keyword as your domain name. This helps give your site's rank a boost, but you need to make sure that your site is about the keyword you're targeting and that it gives value to users. Otherwise, search engines might take you out with the EMD algorithm.

Hope that helps. Have a good day!

Obviously you can use primary keyword in blog URL. This is no doubt the best practice. During the EMD (exact match domain) update Google dropped all low-quality EMD domains from SERP. Till date EMD is priority choice for any blogger as this states what is there inside the blog right from the outset. But make sure you are not spamming with low quality content. Apart from next Panda there will be next EMD update to pull you off.

Its another strategy, to be considered outside from the keyword being used constantly, if the keyword is within the domain, you`ll still get the same added weight for that "keyword".
