Would I have any legal issues with a car blog?

    Hi to everyone.

    I would like to know, if I would have any legal issues with a certain car manufacturer if I am blogging about their cars and post pictures with the trademark and everything?

    For example any of the major manufacturers like BMW,Audi,Mercedes,Dodge,Chevrolet and etc, would they have any problem if I put up pictures of their cars with or without the emblem?

    Usually news sites are immune from trademark infringement, just dont use a trademark in the domain name

    What if it contains part of the manufacturer name and there are a lot of related blogs with similar names that function fine?

    Just because other sites do it, doesnt mean it is ok to do. If your site becomes too popular you risk inviting attention to it and getting all of your hard work taken away
