It would be highly depending on the content of your site, but in the worst case scenario you will simply get a cease & desist order

I wouldn't post the actual domain you want to buy on DP. If another member comes along and wants it he can snatch it before you got your question answered.

Don't buy it, its a complete waste of money and is quite obviously a copyright infringing domain.

In my eyes there is no value whatsoever for that particular domain name. Just skip this thought you have and put your energy and money in something more valuable (make a blog or smtn.)

I doubt it. There are many sites that have the copyrighted word "eBay" in them, and they don't particularly get sued.

that would be a copyright infringement...don't
even bother, it's not worth the hassle it could
    lead to.

Put it this way. I own a hosting company and we get subpoenas all the time from MicroSoft's attorneys, for domains a lot less flagrant than that. And they don't care what country you live in.

It is available probably because no one wants to deal with the inevitable hassle that will accompany it.

AFAIK,you are free to register any domain you want.
They will not sue you unless you do something illegal with the domain
