Would i be ok to take some content from the forum and put it on my site?

    Just got a thought, am i ok to take some content that i wrote it was two proxy reviews in the proxy discussion thread and paste the content on to my own website, or would that be seen as duplicate content?

    Could i display the source or would it not matter?

    Well, given that you wrote the content, you can legally do whatever you want, but to avoid the duplicate content issues, I'd clean the posts up, and recast them using different words (same content, but presented differently).

    Yes. It'll be seen as duplicate content. And because DP is seen as a trusted site by Google it'll be hard for you to rank for your own content. So you'll either have to change the version on DP or make a new version for your site.

    Did you even bother to read this thread? HE WROTE THE CONTENT IN THE FIRST PLACE AND NOW WANTS TO REUSE IT ELSEWHERE.
