Would i be able to sell these links?

    I have a few domains that currently have nothing on them, and get no traffic but they do have PR.

    if i put up a basic blank page would people buy links?

    Would they do it for PR reasons or would there have to be traffic for the PR to be any value?

    You COULD do that... but I don't imagine you'll fetch a high price for links. I would just as soon either develop the domains or just skip to selling them.

    Most link buyers are looking for links related to their website.
