    Can I use eMiniMalls with Google Adsense?

    What do you mean? I think what they're saying is that when you download the code it is already okay to use with Adsense. It only becomes a problem if you change their code to contextual mode. That's what could get you in trouble with Google.

    they wouldnt ban you just like that they would send you a warning first
