i am really interested in this domain name which is experiencing soon , i have already placed the back order with godaddy.com and after reading few website .. it look likes i should places dropcatching service with pool.com or namesnap.com type site just in case godaddy doesn't get it for me.. but the whois info shows this

    Registered through: GoDaddy.com, Inc. (http://www.godaddy.com)

which means the name is registered with godaddy correct? and they will get it for me on back-order IF the current owner decides not to renew ..do i still need other services or am i just good with godaddy.com backorder?

You have nothing to lose, place a backorder with snapnames and pool, you dont have to pay upfront like godaddy. You will pay when they get it for you and most likely they will before godaddy do.

Nope, whoever snap the domain name first will do the auction. Just wish they aren't many people watching your domain name. It happened to me last week, a domain name that i thought I was the only one who knows about it expiring we ended up 21!
    Good luck
