Would changing these to H1 tags help this pages SE rank?

    On this page, http://www.begin-weight-loss.com , If I changed the big red, 'Read our articles' and the two to the right of it to H1 tags, rather than just plain text, would that improve SE rank?

    You need your page titles as h1 tags.

    What if you designed your page not to have a big title at the top. Could you make it white, and still benefit?
