A bit plain.. For your header graphic: try not to distort the photograph and resize it according to their proportions Try adding soe grundge / splash photoshop brush effects to the layout
You actually have PHP on your server. Except these information pages, you may also want to start a forum, guestbook, shoutbox ... or so? ... Use some other font or so, will make it look much better ! Your domain is very nice, so you can do a lot with this It's though already a good beginning for a site. Nice idea, some content, ... Only design something else. The color scheme is basically OK for me. By redesigning you'll learn to make better designs Actually this isn't too bad like I already said: adapt the menu bar a bit (the first normal state and upon hover all text moves due to the bold), use another font (like arial or tahoma)!
