Would be better to rewrite my home page for a different target group?

HI guys, I have totally built and optimized my site by myself from scratch (please keep that in mind in regards to critique but I off course welcome your honesty).

On viewing my stats I get on average 2600 visitors per month, which although not great, taking all things into consideration for a beginner, is some sort of achievement.

I have targeted a couple of primary keyword phrases (page titles) that describe the service my website offers and I have always tried to write for the visitor.

So my question is, I need to increase my visitor rate and although my site describes the principle of our business I think I may need to additionally point towards other targeted areas that would benefit from our service to maximize request rates. So do you think it would be better to rewrite my home page for a different target group or add additional pages for additional target groups and then internally point back to the home page.

If you were not convinced your visitor rate was as good as it could be how often would you take a look at your content, decide it may not be quite working and change it.

If there are any other obvious SEO points you feel I am missing I would appreciate your advice, my site has only been up for six months.

    My site:

I would really welcome all help and feedback.

    Thanks in advance.
