    --Has a site created for it, but has no users (not advertised).

    In my idea, it would be a site for gamers, as "lag" is a term normally used in games.
    Domain Age: 2 Months, 1 days..

    ---Potentially looking to sell.

    2. www.MusicStoryRadio.com
    --A fully developed Internet Radio station, high traffic amount / ranks.

    Specifics -
    About 1,000 unique views per day. 25,000 page views+ per day.
    Alexa Rank : 317,744 (1 week average is 233,640)
    Google Pagerank : 3
    Backlinks: 27,164
    Age: 9 Months, 4 days..

    ---Not really looking to sell at the present time.

    --Just throwing this one in for fun (has a developed site also, with small traffic amounts (200 unique users per day) - limited content.).

    It's a "Nexon" News site.
