    Maybe you can try to be more professional in how you write your skills, instead of
    "creating catchy domain names" why not say "to create a vision and a brand for a new domain name that would enhance its impression on others" or something to the effect. Same for the rest.

    creating catchy domain names - doubt you'd get hired, maybe advice if your doing other work for someone.
    planning out your website - No idea what you mean by this, planning out as in the layout? Planning out as in the database structure? As in what?
    finding good affiliates - Maybe someone will
    designing your website - probably your best bet, visit the designing part of the BST section
    getting you referrals - maybe someone will
    commenting - probably, visit content creation part of the forum
    Creat very good web site ideas - don't see why someone would hire you for this

    Those are great skills to have. However, to get hired, you must be able to produce RESULTS. A track record would help out a lot.
