In say like a network link exchange on targeted/related sites? I've been thinking about trying to start one up so let me know if you would be interested! It would work like this. You would place a line of code on your website(s) which will show 1 link which is related to your site and would rotate. That's it really. Just thought I'd throw the idea out here I know it might have already been done or what not!
