Just a guess, but you're not "soliciting reviews" from other users as the forum is described. You're offering to review sites on your own web page, which seems a little different from what that forum is usually used for. I'm not sure the attitude will endear the mods to you either, honestly.
You are offering something. Free or not, it's trade. You'll also get more traffic in that forum category. And anyway, we are always right - so we don't care to explain.

If not for that business plan, a lot of winos, homeless, and college kids would have no business...LOL Better to sell plasma than blood. And, by posting such a thread, you open yourself to lots of red reps!
It's simple: you are selling us a service, but not with money, but by selling us the idea to enage in your services.
