I was thinking about starting up a website that's against racist people. Would this be considered a hate website?
It depends on what way you write the content. For example: "All racist scum should be shot" is hate, but "Lets stop racism" Aint. That would by my policy, anyway
It depends, if you were advocating hate against the haters, then that might be deemed as a hateful website. But if it's just going to be an informational/educational site about what racist groups they are, what they believe & their activities, then no it wouldn't be. Are you thinking of starting an anti-racist organisation/campaign to get people involved on what they can do by feet or vote or will it just be a informational blog?
Generally a website against racism is not classified as a hate website, it is when you start insulting peoples cultures and countries etc that you start bordering on 'hate' websites
anti-racism shouldn't be considered a "hate" group. If it were, MADD would have been closed a long time ago! They be hatin'. In all seriousness - Try asking your host about what they consider to be a "hate" website. Make sure to tell them about your plans - and you should receive a clear response!
